We are pleased to offer FREE Local Home Delivery to all of Burlington, Oakville, Halton, Brantford, Hamilton, Haldimand & Niagara* with no minimum order.

Ostomy & Women's Health Products:	Deliveries occur Mon - Sat by a member of our team Oakville deliveries are ONLY on Tuesdays & Fridays Most orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days We do not guarantee delivery times as our routes vary
Mobility, Home Health & Bath Safety:	Deliveries occur Mon - Fri by a member of our team You may be contacted to confirm your order details & arrange a delivery date/time Products will conveniently be assembled when you receive them and can be installed in place by our experts

If you would like to use free local delivery, you must select "Ship" as your delivery method at checkout and then enter your address. You will qualify for free local delivery based on your address.

We offer FREE local pickup at our store during store hours.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup
Most items are usually ready in 2-4 business days
Mobility & some Bath Safety items may take longer

We offer FREE shipping in Canada 🇨🇦 on Ostomy & Women's Health purchases over $150 before taxes and after discounts

Orders under $150 will be a flat shipping rate of $15
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with a Purolator tracking number
We do not offer shipping on Mobility, Home Health or Bath Safety at this time
