We offer various delivery methods for your convenience:

    🚚 FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

    We are pleased to offer FREE Local Home Delivery to all of Burlington & Oakville* with no minimum order.

    We also offer FREE delivery to Halton, Brantford, Hamilton, Haldimand & Niagara for purchases over $150 before taxes and after discounts. While we strive to have a team member handle the delivery, availability may require us to ship your order via a local courier instead.

    Details below:

    Ostomy & Women's Health Products:

    • Deliveries occur Mon - Sat by a member of our team
      • Oakville deliveries are ONLY on Tuesdays & Fridays
    • Most orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days
    • We do not guarantee delivery times as our routes vary


    Mobility, Home Health & Bath Safety:

    • Deliveries occur Mon - Fri by a member of our team
    • You may be contacted to confirm your order details & arrange a delivery date/time
    • Products will conveniently be assembled when you receive them and can be installed in place by our experts

     

    If you would like to use free local delivery, you must select "Ship" as your delivery method at checkout and then enter your address. You will qualify for free local delivery based on your address.

     

    🏬 FREE LOCAL PICKUP

    We offer FREE local pickup at our store during store hours.

    • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup
    • Most items are usually ready in 2-4 business days
    • Mobility & some Bath Safety items may take longer

    Home Healthcare Centre Hours: 
    Mon – Fri: 9 am – 6 pm
    Sat: 9 am – 3 pm

    If you prefer to pickup at our Brantford location please contact us to arrange this.

     

    📦 SHIPPING (Ostomy & Women's Health items only)

    We offer FREE shipping in Canada 🇨🇦 on Ostomy & Women's Health purchases over $150 before taxes and after discounts

    • Orders under $150 will be a flat shipping rate of $15
    • Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days
    • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with a Purolator tracking number
    • We do not offer shipping on Mobility, Home Health or Bath Safety at this time
